Good
Bus stop directly outside. Very pretty hotel.
No soundproofing, felt like I heard everyones every whisper, very inconvenient with drunk giggling girls coming back when trying to sleep. Bathroom was ok, dated, small and very shallow bath.

Very Good
The staff were lovely and the greatest asset of this hotel! Not only do they speak English but they are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the waiters at the restaurant were so welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to illness but I loved my stay in Busan and the hotel looks amazing. The cleaning staff were also wonderful and the hotel smells so clean! I have been around the world and cleanliness is a big issue.
There was no bidet in the room and no Netflix available on TV. This is not essential but it would have been perfect if there was :)
